Refund policy

We prioritize your health and safety. Since GymRootsFit provides consumable health and nutritional products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy only if you have received a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: the packet must be unopened, unused, and the original packaging seal must be completely intact.
Mandatory Requirement: To claim a return or refund for damaged/wrong items, a clear, uncut unboxing video of the package is strictly required. Without an unboxing video, no return requests will be entertained.
How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened packets, products with broken/tampered seals, or items bought on special sales/discounts.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the product meets our return criteria, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via UPI/Bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days
